Pre-Cut Blanking Flexibility

Because the parts are moved individually by mechanical arms, we can utilize pre-cut blanks or optimized blanking patterns (such as zigzag coil nesting) at Station 1. This completely eliminates the web scrap material required by progressive operations.

Multi-Angle Part Rotating

If a subsequent forming station requires a different material grain orientation, our tools can be designed to allow the automation system to rotate the workpiece 90℃ or 180℃ mid-stroke, which is physically impossible within a progressive strip layout.
